A low impact dance/aerobic mobiliser: Combined with a total body dynamic stretch routine - Graham does not espouse static stretch because of the potential for injury.
A progressive step routine: Which commences with low impact and incrementally evolves to synchronised partner step and ultimately, plyometrics.
The advanced session: May then contain and embrace a unique resistance, muscular strength and endurance routine which introduces elements of contact sports and even olympic lifting and power.
Floor work session: Involving dynamic stretches to improve range of movement.
Fun dance routine: To re-mobilise and rejuvenate.
